What is the EW1 bluetooth version? |

How is the EW1 RF signal quality?Is the connection stable? |
The EW1 adopts high-performance LDS radium eagle antennas. Its RF performance and consistency is better than the low-cost ceramic antenna and FPC antenna. It is stable and reliable in normal use. However, due to the complexity of bluetooth frequency band and environment, if the connection is not stable when using in complex environment, we suggest you to put the mobile phone as close as possible to the main ear side. |

Why there are two channels' names displayed when EW1 is connected? |
To make it easy to pair, either side of the earphone can be used as the pairing channel to connect to the phone. When pairinging with the mobile phone, you can click any L or R channel to work as the pairing channel to pair your phone, then the vice channel R or L will automatically pops up in your smartphone. At this time, clicking "agree" displays two channels' names, while clicking "reject" displays only one channel name (but loses the master-slave switching function). The left and right earphones can work as combination and individually( two devices), so we can see L/R channel names in the phone.. |

How to switch EW1's primary and secondary channel? |
1, While left and right channels are taken out, they will be powered on automatically. The right channel will work as the the primary channel to pair the smartphone. 2,If the left and right channels are not turned on at the same time, the channel taken out first will work as the primary channel to pair the mobile phone. 3, During use, if the primary channel needs to switch, just put the primary channel back to the charging box, then the secondary channel will automatically convert to be the primary channel. At this time, it will work as one channel. When you take out the other channel from the power box, it can pair autimatically. Tip: since the primary channel consumes a lot of power, switching the primary channel and seconary channel during use can save much battery. |

How to solve the problem that only one channel works? |
If only one channel works, maybe the other channel can not connect properly. Please try to put both channels back into the charging box, and then take out and power-on to test again. If it still can not work, please try the following steps to do factory reset and re-pair: 1. Hold the buttons of the earphones for about 8 seconds till hear the sound of "di" and the indicator light is on; 2, double-click the button, till hear 3 times "di" sounds. At this time the blue led light quickly flash and the left and right channels will go into pairing state; 3,Try to put the left and right channel close to each other. It will remind "pairing successfully" after automatically pairing with each channel; 4. Then the primary channel will enter the pairing process to pair mobile phone and can be normally used after the pairing. |

Can EW1 waterproof both the water and sweat? |
EW1 circuit board uses nano waterproof coating and waterproof glue. The rain and sweat during use will not damage to the earphone. But for a better experience, we still recommend to keep it from the water and make it dry as soon as possible once it touches the water.If it is damaged by dropping into the water, we will not provide free warranty service. |

EW1 uses touch buttons. Is it easy to misoperate? |
While designing it, we fully consider the use of experience and make special UI to avoid the posibility of misoperation, such as double click to pause, long press to choose go prev and next. The single click action is only valid in volume control, which has no much effect on the experience. |

No, we do a lot of test for touch. Sweat or hair will not trigger the button function, please feel free to use! |

Is there any delay to EW1 bluetooth data transfer? |
Limited by the technology of Bluetooth, there are some delays in bluetooth transmission. EW1 uses Qualcomm Soc and supports aptX. It can reduce the delays well. |

How to choose the right ear tips for EW1? |
The maximum size of EW1's the sound tube is 5.7mm. So it's recommended to use ear tips whose inner diameter is between 4~5mm. |
